Christian M. F. Schifter has been Managing Director of Pantaenius Yachtversicherungen GmbH in Vienna since 1 January 2000.

• Born in Vienna on 4 December 1956. 
• Graduate of the college of hotel management in Vienna. 
• Ten years’ experience as an independent investment advisor.
• Has conducted over 600 seminars in the areas of investment advising, insurance, sales psychology, management, and group dynamics.
• Supervisor for the personal insurance department at the Vienna regional office of Zürich Versicherung.
• Headed the largest sales group at UNIQA Versicherung (approximately € 23 million in total premiums). 
• Trained as an insurance specialist at Zürich Versicherung and UNIQA Versicherung.
• Registered insurance agent and member of the VERBAND DER VERSICHERUNGSMAKLER – DIE 100 (Association of Insurance Agents – The 100).
• Beginning in June, 1999, preliminary and final work in the establishment of Pantaenius Yachtversicherungen GbmH – Vienna.
• Since 1 January 2000, co-management of Pantaenius Yachtversicherungen GmbH – Vienna.
• Responsible for Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, and Serbia.
